There are three separate areas in Sarasota County where NSP1 homes are available. If you want
to own a home in North Sarasota, in the Bee Ridge Corridor, or in North Port, call us today! All NSP2 homes are located
in North Sarasota.

we are currently renovating! We get new listings every day and will choose to purchase and rehab homes based upon the
interest of our buyers.
